Case study: B&QOur Home Delivery contract with B&Q began in April 2005. In successfully winning this major account from a multi national organisation, we had to prove to B&Q that we were able to offer the kind of personal and professional service you would expect from a family business, and the ability to manage and handle such a large volume of business. We currently operate 20 vehicles in B&Q livery, delivering more than 600 home deliveries per week in a round-the-clock operation. All deliveries are made by highly trained two man crews, equipped with the latest in-cab technology. Since beginning our relationship with B&Q, we have worked closely with them to streamline the operation, and we are also looking at future development together.
